buyer cards
|| information for returning buyers
how they work
Earn a stamp after every commission to fill your loyalty card.
Orders over $100 get 2 stamps.
Refer a friend and you can get a 5% off your next commission, your friend also gets a 5% off their first commission!
If you're a returning buyer, you can stack that 5% on top of your loyalty card status - That's 10% off for your next commission!
.☘︎ ݁˖ Custom Emote
.☘︎ ݁˖ $25 Voucher
conditions
The loyalty card is non-transferable, and cannot be shared, it belongs to you and you alone.
The vouchers are non-transferable and their benefit does not stack. You can still keep multiple of these if you have repeats.
If you'd like to use the voucher for someone else, you can provide the necessary details and then gift the result.
The stamps are non-transferable and go towards a single stamp card at a time.
The vouchers are only valid for a single use.
When used the minimum amount of the project must be $25, in which case there will be no invoice. On all other projects, the voucher will be used towards reducing the final price.
I.e: if you commission something worth $45, the voucher will be used and the invoice will come down to $20

Terms Of Service
1. general terms
Most works will include a subtle signature that you may not remove. (Some projects are exempt from this.)
I might post progress (WIPs) of the artwork on other social media.
Keeping the project entirely private upon request is available at no additional cost. The status of the project and name or codename will be kept visible on my Trello, but further details will be undisclosed to the public, including the final artwork.
Prices are subject to change over time.
I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable with doing for any reason.
Ghosting (i.e zero communication, even when "poked" or asked if we can continue) a started project for more than 2 weeks will result in it being dropped entirely unless explicitly asked to be paused. The dropped, unfinished work will either be archived, re-hashed, and used as a future personal project, scrapped, or auctioned off. Any money paid will not be refunded if the project is abandoned altogether, nor can it be claimed as "credit" later on.
Have your concept clear. If you have some form of rough drawing or draft, provide it early!
Making multiple drafts due to an unclear concept will not only inquire a fee of 50% of what was initially billed to you - more if there are numerous extra drafts - but will also prolong the process.
2. payment
All commissions must be paid in full upfront or 50/50.
Payment is done through Paypal or Ko-fi.
Prices are in USD$. (Other currencies can be discussed.)
Please do not send me funds before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me payment.
3. process & delivery
After I receive your message, I will review the details of your project with you before any work begins via messages.
Payment discussion will occur soon after.
Initial drafts only occur after payment of the sent PayPal invoice.
You can no longer request a refund once I accept your invoice and begin work. (See point 6. for further details.)
During this initial period, I will create a rough sketch or layout, which you will be asked to approve of.
After the first approved sketch, and deciding what direction we will be taking with the project, I will return to ask if you have any changes you'd like to make during each step.
During the work-in-progress, you will get to see previews of your art, and these images will sometimes include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
After each step is approved, any significant changes to previously approved steps will be charged. Please only confirm the step if you truly like the outcome, I can adjust sketches, but adjusting larger effects, takes much longer.
The time it takes to finish your commission varies from a day to 1 - 2 weeks. I will notify you of any time changes (health, trouble with tech, unforeseen events, other work, etc.).
Once I've finished, you will receive the full-resolution final work. Note that there is no physical product, merely digital. These are provided in .png for maximum quality.
I do not provide the .PSD of artwork to avoid redistribution and art theft. I can, however, provide a .PSD of vector art/graphics at an additional cost of $10. Thank you for understanding.
4. changes
If you wish to change something on an already finished work, you will have to purchase said modification - unless a misunderstanding from my side has occurred.
If you wish for me to change something on a project you have been previously satisfied with, I will charge a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you wish to make.
I will archive the .psd after 15 days. Please request any major changes before that period.
5. copyright/usage policy
I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
-- Post the work I make for you on other social media.
-- Promote myself with it anywhere.
-- Display it anywhere to my liking.
-- These terms are rendered null if the project is requested as private.
The buyer is allowed to:
-- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (You can upload it anywhere, DA, Insta, Tumblr, TH, etc.) with proper credit given.
-- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) used within as their own, but not the artwork itself.
-- Use the finished art to promote themselves. Credit is greatly appreciated.
-- Request to stay anonymous when I state who the artwork was made for.
-- Use the art on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main reason for the earning.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
-- Reproducing/using the final artwork commercially by making money off it in any way, shape, or form.
-- Claiming the artwork as your own.
-- Erasing my signature from the artwork.
-- Altering the artwork without my consent.
-- Tracing, editing, or modifying said artwork and then subsequently claiming it as yours.
-- Using the finished artwork for AI or NFT purposes.
I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon together.
6. refund/cancellation policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all rights as mentioned above to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will also decline the chargeback and give Paypal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
7. commercial use policy
The rights for non-personal use, and commercial use can be bought.
Minimum multiplier for commercial use is 200%.
The price will depend on the scale of the project and for whom it's being made. (Ex.: If you are a small creator, your print scale is smaller and will be charged accordingly (200%). If you are a large company, your print scale is larger and will be charged accordingly (200% - 500%).
The buyer can use it for financial gain. This includes, but is not limited to: selling prints, creating physical merchandise based off said artwork (notepads, notebooks, keychains, stickers, shirts, etc.), creating digital merchandise (e-book cover, album cover, e-shop logo, etc.), use as a video game asset, etc.
I, the artist, cannot use said artwork for my own financial gain.
8. final words
Failure to comply with any of these terms will leave the buyer exempt from all previously stated rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to ordering your commissioned piece.
These terms are subject to change, within ethical limits, at any given moment.
By making a purchase, you automatically confirm to have read these terms. Thank you.
